Hoping for some fugly sea conditions here in Sydney today as it's been a while since the humpies have been consistently surface active (they seem to bounce around more when it's fugs). Here's one from a windy day off Maroubra. Happy weekend you guys!!
False killer whales off Sydney this afternoon! So exciting!! This is a super rare treat and a first for me. I could barely hold the camera while I fist-pumped. 💙
Hi mates! Right now there are 3890 tigers living in the wild – and India’s Kanha National Park is home to at least 100 of them. On my last visit there I crossed paths with James Rogerson, who’s an outstanding naturalist and a phenomenal photographer. And luckily, I was able to rope him into doing my podcast! In this week’s episode of Wild Lives, James shares his incredible stories of close encounters with Kanha’s most dominant tigers and also reveals what he’s learnt about some of the park’s other wild highlights. Plus, he shares his best wildlife photography tips (you can see his awesome work @jr.wildlife ) Click the link in my bio to hear the podcast!
We were sitting on a riverbank in the Great Bear Rainforest, patiently waiting for a great bear to turn up to go fishing... and then this guy plucked up the courage to come in for a squizz. How cute are pine martens though??
